  • Partial Part Out (Firebird, but some parts for Camaro)

As the title says this is a partial part out as I am keeping this car still, but the following parts are for sale below. If not listed then ask and I may sell it. EVERYTHING is negotiable and prices DO include shipping (to the continental 48 states unless noted local pickup) and I accept Paypal or cash only. Most parts will fit 1993-2002 Firebirds & Camaros. The parts are from a 1995 Firebird 3.4 V6, 5-Speed manual with 163,395 miles. Engine blew up/stop working due to unknown reasons so until I tear it down the internal parts are probably a no go.

SLP CAI Intake - $170 Shipped
In great overall condition. Comes with block off plate (need double sided tape), two filters in great condition (could used cleaned/re-oiled), and the CAI itself has some some of the black powdercoat scratched away as circled in red in the pictures, but as you can see its the side facing away/down if viewed when installed on the car.

Re: Partial Part Out (Firebird, but some parts for Camaro)

Sorry can't do the plastic boot part as I said I'm only selling stuff I won't need for when I eventually swap to a V8 and only selling "v6" parts as I am indeed keeping this car. Also here is more information on the SLP Cold Air Intake for the 3.4 V6 that is NO LONGER for sale by SLP and thankfully had the web page saved from when I bought it as you can only get the CAI for the 3.8 nowadays.

SLP pioneered the underhood cold air package for the Camaro and Firebird. They replace the restrictive, power robbing factory air cleaner assembly. By picking up cool, dense outside air and pumping it directly into the engine these systems are proven to make up to 20 additional horsepower, depending on application. The system is crafted from powder coated 304 stainless steel. The high-gloss, black finish looks great under the hood. Included are two high flow style cone air filters and a custom "block off plate" to isolate the filters from hot underhood air. The smooth flowing, mandrel bent 2.5" diameter intake air tubes are welded into a 3 3/4" diameter collector for a solid, custom fitted assembly. Each kit contains all necessary parts and complete installation instructions. These kits are street legal in all 50 states. E.O. #D-187-12.

          P/N: 21012
          $231.70
As I said you can no longer purchase P/N 21012 that retailed for $231.70 that is for the 3.4 V6 and can only get a SLP CAI for the 3.8 now (which is $300 from Jegs for example). So make an offer on the SLP CAI. The filters do need cleaning/re-oiling which you can find the kits cheap (either by SLP or K&N) and will need new double-sided tape to reattach the block off plate.

I believe you 3.8 owners have a straight plastic tubing from your throttle whereas the 3.4 has a 90 degree bend in the plastic tubing before it would connect to the CAI. Someone correct me/chime on this? So I believe you would need my 90 degree plastic if it matches up to the throttle..?

Yeah I know it's not one of the "v6" parts, but I won't be needing it or the whole rear compartment (carpet, plastic trim, etc) for example in my final plan for the car.

I don't recall what you 3.8 98-02 pieces look like, you can compare by looking in the first picture of my engine bay I have posted. You can see the 90 degree plastic tubing coming off the throttle that would connect to the CAI (removed in picture as you can see).

Oh sorry, I will be keeping that piece so it's not for sale.
