took this out of a 99
it basicly cuts in right after cat and will bypass the muffler under full throttle but gives a little more rumble at other speeds.
It can be capped off for a thru the mufflers sound.
Exits behind (edit)right rear tire where its easy to get to for capping/uncapping.
