This smells of a scam. The price is way too low. Usually you have a closeout sale to get rid of a few items left over that didn't sell. At 16 per customer, would suggest that they have crap loads of them in stock. Hard to believe that such a highly rated tire would be difficult to sell.But I'm a big skeptic.
