I don't have any pictures of it, sorry. It looks exactly like every other 10 bolt rear end, the big difference is the internals :D

Thats a good deal for someone. I'd get it but I bought one last year, and paid a lot more than that for it. ha.

Yes, I know. Problem is, even with the low mileage and you being in the mid-west, it could be a rust bucket. My biz partner (WOT-TECH.com) just moved down here from Warsaw and we could potentially want this item since one of his fam/friends could go check it out for us. The price is right, but being in FL, we don't deal with rust like you guys do.

a full rear end isnt going to rust, they are made from pretty thick metal and are usually covered with grease and grime.

the only thing to really worry about is the diff cover, and you can buy a new one for a few bucks

Full aware of the guage of metal used, but if you saw the cars from up north compared to cars down here, just don't want to take a chance buying something sight unseen from ~1200 miles away. Not here to argue, just asked for a pic is all - we have a 93 car here shipped from VA, and another 94 car shipped from MISS for work, and they look far worse than my 20yr old thirdgen rear.

I have seen the LCA tabs rip, same with shock mounts on a rusty rear. I am sure you can understand when someone spends a significant amount of money on their car, I would rather not put in something of a lesser quality than we can get local, just because it's a good deal...

im sorry if you got the wrong idea, im not trying to argue, im just saying I wouldnt be worried.

I live up north and all I can say is i wouldnt be at all worried about buying a rear diff out of a car that has been used (and not just the diff sitting out in the open)

there is certainly rust on it, the paint used on these isnt exactly high quality. But the rust that is on it no way effects the integrity of the part. I don't want to ship it, so if you're in Florida and you want it then you're out of luck haha.

Cam98aro is absolutely right. There is no need to be worried about the integrity of the rear. Any rust on it is simply surface rust from the fact that it is a 11 year old part.
