Yes, you can use stock retainers. I was surprised also on the shipping 2 days for them was cheap. Packing them cost more than shipping but it was still $95 to ship them which was fine.

Not the ratainers i lost a lock. can i use the stock locks with these
you can use stock locks I meant to say with ZZP modded retainers.
