Should be the entire kit, has the pump, wires, sock. I'll get pictures up tomorrow evening after work.

Do you know if it was specific to your 99 or is it a for a plastic or metal tank.

Says 99-02 so I would assume its plastic.. Don't know why it wouldn't work on a metal tank though?
