Yes that is the whole console, but the lid for the storage area is not on it in that picture and is included.

The 97+ console is different it looks like this:

The bases or main part of the console itself is the same for auto/manuals. Thats the part I really dont need for the swap in my car. The insert part where the shifter and cup holders are is different. I only need the 5 spd insert to complete my swap. The 93-96 console I'm selling is complete just as pictured above. You will be getting everything that is pictured in the links above, plus the leather boot that goes around the shifter.
