I'm selling my 1998 Pontiac Firebird. The car has 128k miles, its a black on black, hardtop, v6, a4, daily driver that I've owned for the last 6 years. I have the title IN HAND!! No hoops to go through. You give me cash, I sign the title over to you. No hassle with the bank or crap like that.
Pros: Runs and drives great, low mileage, hardtop (:rock:), fresh rubber with less than 1k, new tensioner pulley, new passenger side headlight motor, new plugs & wires, oil changed religiously every 6 months or 2500-3000 miles. There are no tears in the seats, no cracks anywhere in the interior aside from the dash. The car comes with a magnaflow exhaust system and hotchkis STB.
Cons: The clearcoat is peeling, the driverside mirror was knocked off recently, theres some dings and scratches here in there, theres a slow oil leak, the oil pressure switch is disconnected, fan relay switch 1 and 2 are tossing a code, the driveshaft vibrates at speeds in excess of 70 mph, each rim has a little curb rash, the inspection sticker and registration expired 3 months ago. I stopped using the car around September 11'. Since than I have started the car every 2 weeks allowing it to run for 10-15 mins.
The car isn't perfect, I've seen great examples of 98-02 v6 f-bodys sell for $3500-$4500. I'm only asking $1200 obo. I've seen rollers sell for more. This is a running, driving, v6 f-body that just needs some love.
