Yes everything is included for hookup. Just have to provide power, ground, and the input signal. For the tach you would have to tap into your ICM signal to teh coil packs. The oil and tranny temp gauges both come with sending units. The purple wire is for optional dim when you turn on the dash lights.

I have a carbeurated gm crate 350 in my 85 pick up, it is automitic and has a distributor can i make this tach work on my truck. if so i really want it and can buy it imediatlly

The tach will work in your 85 pickup. All you have to do is hook up the green signal wire to your factory tach input OR directly to the negative output on the ignition coil. Here are the instructions:
