Nothing at all is wrong with the trans. I swapped the 3.4 long block into my 85 camaro and the trans on that car is not computer controlled (700r4) so I had to keep that trans in the car.

I was asking $20 for the computer that was attached to the trans/tv cable. If you want I can send pics.

I am interested in the 700R4 transmission/torque converter, assuming that it is not slipping...I do not want to rebuild it.
I assume the 3.4 bolt pattern is the same as the 2.8 that I have?

The bellhousing is the same, however the trans is a little different. It is a computer controlled trans and if you are running a 2.8, it most likely will not work properly. It is in good shape and shifts fine though.
