How hard is it to replace them yourself. I guess I could take my car somewhere but whatever. Been looking to drop my car an inch or so. Scared to though I scratch on my driveway if I don't pull in at an extreme angle.
1997 Camaro v6 3.8
Bone Stock, just a little slower then most station wagons.
**Either the slowest SS or the prettiest v6**
the worst part is swapping out the front struts... if ur not comfortable with spring compressors (which arent that bad, i've done it 2 times now), u can go to a local shop with them...
other than that, getting them all out and in is a long afternoon's work... just a few bolts here and there... get some instructions from this board or cz28.com, and it doesnt take too long (even for a 1st time)
as for damaging ur car, its completely fine... i have an oversized 3 inch exhasut, with a 3 inch in/out cat, and my cat would hit sometimes over speed bumps... but, well, that hits even when i'm at stock height...
sorry pal, don't take an offer personally. the auction was like buy it now for like 120, it wasn't that far off. EvERYONE knows that bidding always starts off low, and goes up.
