I have a Quick Time Performance 2.5 inch electric cut-out, as well as a 2.5 inch cut-out from Jegs. Both are new, never been installed and make a great pair (The quicktime is just the cut-out motor, not the actual steel piece that needs to be welded into your exhaust). $130 for the combo.

is the electric cutout motor have the flap that opens and closes on it, or is it simply the motor assembly only? I don't understand exactly, if it is the entire mechanism that opens/closes then i have a friend who most likely will be a buyer.
maybe some pictures would be nice?
p.s. i own a cutout, but have the manual plate over it. that is why i am asking about the electronic cutout. My friend would be interested in all of it, the cutout and electronic opener. I just wasnt sure about what you had, thanks.

Sorry for the confusion. The quicktime is the flapper valve and everything. I just wanted to be clear that I have one cut-out and then the electric quicktime that opens and closes it. I have what is shown in this picture Click The only difference is that my cut-out is from JEGS, but it looks exactly the same.Old Car = 12.679 @ 106.5 on 150 dry shot.
