    Intense Cam Shaft!

    For sale is an Intense Stage 2 Turbo Camshaft. I bought it with intentions of running with my turbo setup. I had a shop install it, and then remove it and replace it with the stock cam because i figured the turbo would be enough power and i was running short on cash. It has never been run with the car, brand new. Below are some specs.

    CAM-902 - INTENSE™ Stage 2 Turbo Cam, duration @ .050": 214º/206º, lobe lifts: .331"/.320", valve lifts with 1.60:1 rocker arms: .530"/.512", lobe separation angle: 116º, intake centerline: 110º (+$50.00)

    I'm asking $225 shipped, considering its brand new.

        what kind of hp gains did you see w/ it?
        1999 silver firebird: whisper lid, KN, Flowmaster 80 series, 3:42 gears

          I never ran it with the car. I had it installed when i was swapping my motor but then told them to put the stock camshaft in before they finished the rebuild. Just changed my mind, didnt feel like upgrading the valve springs and what not.

          The Stage 2 Turbocharged Cam is right on the hairy edge of being safe to use with stock cylinder heads, and is ideal for use with modified heads and stronger valvesprings (see INTENSE™ Stage 3 CNC L67 Cylinder Heads). The powerband is strongest from 2,800 to 6,800 RPM.

          I would imagine it puts out some pretty good power though ;) .

              Yes I am still interested. I am starting a new job next week, and I am destitute from being unemployed for a month.

              I need some time before I can start buying parts again. If someone else wants it now, give it to them. Otherwise, I'll buy it in 3 or 4 weeks.

                i might be interested, if i can get for a little less since i would just do a pick up. i will need a week to make sure i have all the money after my bills but i should be able to buy it without a problem. Then i can get to see your setup too.

                  My setup is unfortunately still being worked on in the shop. However it should be done VERY soon. Hopefully i'll be able to show you though.

                  As for the cam, whoever gets to it first. I can wait 3-4 weeks. Just need the money..

                              95 black 3.8 camaro, Intake, Pacesetters, Flowmaster 80 series, accel plugs and wires, B&M shift kit (eh could be better), hopefully a highflow cat soon. and a bunch of appearance mods.
