no it isn't, i got it from tiago for 3400. Its for the bigger turbo and external wastegate and extra connections/ labor for the pipes.

took about 6 months to get EVERYTHING, i paid for everything BUT the turbo.......and got the stuff 3 months later.....then i paid for the turbo.......and also got that 3 months later
