I have a 93-95 Z-28 I-pipe for sale that is made for the single cat V8's. It is made by Walker/Dynomax. The part# is 47696. You can view it here: http://www.walkerexhaust.com/ExhaustCouponScreen.asp
If that link doesn't work then just follow the catalog look-up on the Walker website for the 95 Camaro Z-28.
I purchased this pipe last summer when I was planning on having it installed along with my Dynomax Super Turbo muffler. I didn't know of and couldn't find any custom exhaust shops around here last year and Mieneke & Midas refused to do it because "it was not made for this model, it was made for the V8 and we can't give you a warranty on an installation for a part that was not made for this car". So the pipe sat wrapped up in the garage for a year and then I ended up just buying a Flowmaster cat-back because I was sick of trying to find someone to do the minor fabrications to install the I-pipe.
The pipe is exactly like the stock Z-28 I-pipe. The pipe is 2.75" with a 3" flanged inlet and and the end that goes into the muffler is 2.5". Exactly the same as a Z-28 take off I-pipe. The pipe is not rusted because I wrapped it up before putting it in the garage in order to prevent rust.
I can send pictures to anyone who is interested. I live in MA near Worcester/Framingham. I do not want to ship it cause it is just a hassle to ship it so if there is anyone in this area who wants to pick it up or I can even make a short ride to drop it off somewhere or meet someone halfway to pick it up then that'd be great.
I think I covered a lot, if anyone has any questions just ask.
