I'm selling John_D's kit which I bought on ebay back in like Nov. I don't have the time nor the beater car to get a pipe fabbed up to go from the S/C to my TB. Kit will be a direct bolt on for 96-98's, but will need a S/C to TB connection fabbed up for 99-02's...

The kit includes a ribbed 9lb pulley, LS1 lid, LS1 maf, maf-less 96-98 TB, and a ton of other stuff. The only thing 'missing' is the inline fuel pump, that comes with the kit. I put a intank walbro in my car. I added some other odds and ends that I'll sell with the kit too. Some T-clamps, silcone hoses, and vac & fuel line connectors.

    $1850

all you have to do is get a hack saw and cut the tube off right after it comes down off the TB..then order a 3"x18" silicone hose from www.extrememotorsports.com ..and hose clamp it from the metal part that was kept on the TB (which allows you to still mount a BOV or whatever else) to the discharge of the blower..i did this with my second blower..and there you have it..fits all years

ohhhh..i read "direct bolt on for 96 - 98" as in you had the angled tube for those years..but not for 99 - 02s ..yes if you dont have the tube at all that would present a problem..but for those interested in the kit the silicone hose mod is one idea for an easy fix for that problem..just get the hose and a 90* 3" to 3.5" pipe and you're all set..that way you dont have to worry about the rest of the length, curves, etc.

I don't have the Stock powerdyne S/C to TB pipe. It is a direct bolt on for 96-98. John_D's set up was pretty custom. Hence the maf-less TB.

I've tried a 90 and silcone hose. It is way too much of a question mark shaped curve to work. Besides my cam being 111LS would only hurt me with boost.

I will try to get up pics.

You will need a fuel pump(intank) would be best, and some injectors, as John_D was maxing out his Accels at 5300rpms

^very true..if you use the 9 psi pulley (im not sure if the Powerdyne 6 psi one is included)..i ran 6 psi with no FMU, boost timing controller, or pump upgrade..just premium fuel and the bolted on blower..i added those things later when i started running juice with it

Would this kit work on a stock 98 Camaro V6 A4 with little fuel upgrades and no other mods for now?

^Yeah it will work fine... that was basically what I had when I bolted my powerdyne on. You'll notice much larger gains if you open up the exhaust from headers back.
