this guy recieves 1400 into his paypal from me...paypal charged him to withdraw the $$ (duh!)and he expects me to just go blindly about my biz...and forget it...silly little kid...

We can go about this in any way you want. the fact remains paypal charges fees to transfer money and i am not liable for services you paid for. i refunded all the money i had in my paypal account that i had recieved and thats all there is too it. Ive been a member of this forum longer than you have by far. and yeah well see tuesday!

Anyone who uses paypal has to KNOW they charge fees. You cant do what you did dukeduster. You owe him atleast what he paid you so ya'll can both be out the same amount.

im out over $80 at the moment. if i would have left the $$ in the paypal account they wouldnt have charged me. but i pulled it so a fee was charged.

there was 1400 sent to his account. when he pulled the money out "he" was charged a fee.

i still sent 1400...so he should have sent 1400. no brainer.

usd, I would contact paypal for fraud or something, not really sure what to do, because I DON'T USE PAYPAL!!!

dukeduster, give him what you owe him. You're in the wrong for even keeping one dime of it, regardless whether the money is in your pocket or paypals. BTW, you are not to sell anything else in this forum, your responses in here were absurd and unwarranted. I'd like to know what happened, so email me VERY soon about it, and I will consider not even having you banned altogether. $1400 isn't some loose change to be messing with.
