Well blew the motor in my bird so i am selling it cause i cant keep pouring money in it. go to my website for pitcures of the firebird. i will sell car with a stock motor with 30k miles for 5000 or without a motor for $4000.

was the problem that vacuum-like thing you had? What actually went wrong with the engine? -
it wasnt the vacuum thing i dont think But what happened was from what i beleve the piston disentigrated! dont ask me how cause the block only had 1,000 miles on it and i didnt touch it. it made a big BANG noise then a buncha rattling so i immediantly shut off the engine and looked into the valve cover and it was smoking white and hot. i pulled off the breather and there was oil in the intake so thats what i think happened.Comment
