          I don't have a picture, but I'm pretty sure its identical in shape for all the 93-02 firebirds/formulas/transams. It's off an 02 and it fit perfectly on my 97 if that helps.

                It has the space for the switch, but no switch is in it. I had a different switch in there for my aftermarket fog lights.
