I've had it maybe for two years I think. No scratches anywhere, and the screen is in great condition because I always use screen protectors. Never had any problems at all.
I love this thing, and Palm's in general, so I bought my gf a new one last Christmas. I then became jealous that she had one newer than mine, and I went out and bought a Treo 600. That's the only reason I'm selling the m500.
I wish I could list all the great stuff this thing can do. If you have the software it can do just about anything. Last I checked they even made some OBD-II scanning software, but it's $$$.
I've wiped the memory clean so whoever buys it can start off fresh, but I can load some software on it if you want me to. For starters, I've got a remote control program that allows it to mimic your TV, VCR, stereo, etc. remote. You can lay out the buttons on the screen and everything. I've got some other stuff, too. Just ask if you're interested.
