  • Built 3.8 Engine***LOWER PRICES***

Once again, I must sell my motor and transmission. I've got myself into a financial situation that needs to be taken care of. Most of the key features of the engine are below. Its got just under 1000 miles. The heads are the same ones I had on the stock shortblock except they've been completely rebuilt with new bronze guides and all new valves for this motor. Flow figures can be seen at www.abbottracingheads.com in the GM3800 section. I will include the PCM and wiring harness if someone buys the complete setup. In the case that someone wants only the shortblock, and someone wants the top end, I WILL split it up, but there must be a buyer for both before I tear it down. It made 219rwhp/245rwtq through a 4000 stall converter and a 4L60E transmission on motor, and 362rwhp with a 150hp NX shot. The only track passes it ran a 12.65@106 with transmission shifting issues and going into overdrive. With more TLC on the transmission tune and it would pick up a bunch. It would take over $6500 to duplicate this setup and I'm asking $4000OBO for the engine with all accessories accept maybe the AC compressor. Pictures of the build can be seen here: http://community.webshots.com/album/496188782IaOPgi

Onto the transmission. I've got a possible buyer but its not set yet so I'll post it on here to guage interest. It's a 4L60E for a 3.8 that was rebuilt just under 1000k miles ago with a TCI Super pro rebuild kit, (i believe thats what its called). Red alto clutches, good steels, TCI trans skat valve body improver(shift kit), upgraded corvette servo. Shifts firm and drives good. I've got over $1250 in the rebuild. Asking $950OBO

TCI Competition 10" torque converter with a 12" lock-up assembly. Stalls around 4000-4100 behind the above motor. It would stall around 3500-3800 behind a stock motor. I had a 1.77 60' on my only NA pass at the track and a 1.62 60' on the 150shot. It also has just under 1000 miles on it. I'm asking $400 OBO

If/when all of the above sells, I will have more small parts for sale from the car. If you have any questions regarding anything in the post. Let me know here or at wickedsix@hotmail.com Thanks for looking!

Shirl, just under 1000 miles on the converter. It was new with the transmission and motor.

Prices lowered. I'll take $5200 for everything. This is $.60 on the dollar. It would cost over $8200 for all of it new. It would make your car run guaranteed 12's and very possibly 11's with the spray. Nowhere else will you be able to do it for this small amount of cash!!
