fits all 98-02 automatics...the chip is plug and play, attaches to the bottom half of your PCM. Changes the air fuel ratio depending on driving conditions, shift points rev limiter and spark timing. for a little more detail go to www.jetchip.com its the stage 2 programable PCM chip. reason im selling this is because im going to get a mail order tune from TSP sometime in the near future.
