Update 5-8-06 - Car is now being consigned with Autostrada cars in Bensalem, PA. Click link to get directions, or contact info... http://www.stradacars.com/

Many of the upgrades I put into this car came from recommendations read on this site.

 I Hate to see my baby go, but I needed something with a little more space... and just bought an '02 Blazer Xtreme.

Car has strong performance, but still returns reasonable fuel-economy (20-24 mpg) 95% suburban driving. On a recent trip (250 miles) to North Jersey (to buy my '02 Xtreme) she returned 26.5 mpg... and I was doing 80-85 most of the way. God Bless America and the PA Turnpike... with props to I-78.

Wear & tear items (Rear Tires, Brakes, Clutch) have been replaced within the last 6-months.

Standard equipment includes - Sport Appearance Package, AC, Anti-Lock Brakes, Power Steering, Cruise Control, AM/FM/CD Stereo, Rear Defroster, and T-Top Roof.

Exterior Color is Sunset Orange Metallic - Overall Excellent Condition - 1 or 2 minor little scratches.

Interior is all cloth - Charcoal Gray in color. Fabric T-Top inserts (shades) and original cloth floor mats are included. Some minor scratches on plastic pieces in the trunk area, and on the glove box lid...

I'm the original (Non-Smoking) owner so you won't find any funky smells or stains. I know, Carfax says 2 owners, but it's only been me... when the title was converted from NJ to PA, I became a "new" person - go figure.

Over $5,000.00 have been invested in upgrades (see below), only a portion of which has been factored into the asking price. It's ready for just about any power-adder... and no, the heads have not yet been worked nor have I put in a 180-degree thermostat.

Reserve Price - $11,500.00. If you offer that amount, it will sell.

Thank You - "Beestly" Ed D

    Upgrades include...

    >> Drive-Train –
o Hurst Shifter, Hurst Shift Knob, and “Shorty” shifter lever.

Admittedly, I never took it to the track to have a firm number... though, I can say passing maneuvers occur much faster, and the engine revs much more quickly. Stock, these cars did around 7.0 - 7.5; 1/4 mile in the 15s. Being conservative I'd say it's in the mid 6.0s - with a 1/4 mile probably around 14.5 - 14.8.

She does bear a striking resemblance, doesn't she! Did you get it from Classic Chevy, over in Moorestown, NJ as well?

Which track did you go to, to get your time-slip? I have family over in Jersey, not too far from Atco, but it's not convenient for me to get over there "run-what-you-brung" night.

I do appreciate the trade offer, but I'm on a quest for a Blazer Xtreme... the wife  and new dog dictate that I need something <Shivers> "More Practical"! Enjoy the ride, and your freedom, for as long as you can.

Thank you for the offer, but I more-or-less have my heart set on an Xtreme... I'm a 2-door kind of guy. :-) Though, I'm also considering 2002.5 & Up VW VR6 GTIs.

                          Thanks Again - Ed D

Tax Day (hope Uncle Sam hasn't tapped ya too hard this year), and jelly-bean and chocolate-bunny recovery bump.

Come on guys (gals)... been seein' a lot of hits, but would like a few offers. :poke:

I'll even have the car re-upped with PA State Inspection come the first week of May (the soonest that I can have it done).
