Before I start out, I bought and sold to several people from this board. If they want they can chime in a good word for me. I have no bad selling or buying history and i believe I can link my ebay profile as a star seller if its requested. thanks.
Hello, I bought this motor with a thrown bearing, after having it at the machine shop I found out that it had 2 thrown bearings and it had been run out of oil! The crank has been turned, the rod bearings have been replaced, the rods ground, the cylinders honed, the heads and block were pressured tested and have no cracks or leaks. The crank was sent off to another shop where a minimal crack was found and welded. The kit is all practically brand new.
It has 5000 miles on everything and there is a warranty of some sorts that comes with the high machine shop bill.
I feel I should explain why I am selling this kit; I bought this to put into my '96 Camaro. In the time it was in the machine shop, I helped my friend with a honda do a motor swap. After 14 degree days of work in an unheated shop, the car blew oil everywhere, doesnt idle right, doesnt run right.. I am getting out of high school and off to college and I dont have another car, this is my DD. I dont have time to swap this now as I have upgraded to full time, I also dont have the spare money to throw at it while it is being swapped, and afterwards. And I can't afford to lose my only car. After a recent ride on a custom Honda CBR900RR I decided that there's no point in modding my car further, and I want a sportbike instead.
So my conclusion is to sell this motor. This thing is going to be amaizing! It's going to be mid to low 13's on this setup alone.
CLIFFNOTES: I do not have the time and energy to swap this motor in!
I do not want to deal with it, Im done modding this car.
I want one of you to buy this sucker and lay down some sick times!

I will entertain all offers and the shipping will be half paid by you, half paid by me! It will be 500ish if you live on the East Coast, as I am West Coast.
