this is what people were trying to tell you when you bought the engine. Most guys are not comfortable buying a used race engine. You'll have better luck swapping it in your car and parting out your stock engine.
you wont recover what you've spent but 1) you'll have a race engine in your car and 2) at least you'll get a few hundred back.
Ok ok, stop badgering him. He is going to sell it whole, or he is going to part it out, or whatever, but he doesn't need the criticism. Keep quiet if you don't have anything positive to say.
