    Re: Powerdyne, Guages

i'm very interested, please email me pics at joshgates@hotmail.com. If it isn't too difficult to adapt pipes to a 2000 firebird then i'll take it!

You say custom tubing, but what do I need to do custom tubing for? How can I adapt this kit to make it work?? How is this kit different from the 2002 models?

yes the kit is still for sale.

sorry, pulley goes with the kit. no one would buy the supercharger without a pulley. :p

powerdyne will work with 2002 with slight modifications. i have a 2001 and i bought it with the intent of fabricating the custom piping, but instead got a new car and the kit is sitting in my garage collecting dust.

pictures are posted below. piping should not be too difficult to adapt. there are DIYs and threads on this. Grayman and Mighty Thor are a great reference if you have questions about the powerdyne.

this kit was designed for the 93-97 f-body, but there are slight differences between the 93-97 and 98-02 models. if you compare the throttle bodies of both models, you will see that they are different. but luckily, everything bolts on the same. so the only thing you would need to add is a pipe to connect your throttle body to the supercharger. do a search on it, i believe that is all you need to do. its been a while since i've looked at all this, so i've forgotten most of it. but this kit can be adapted to fit 98-02 models.

        pictures of the kit...

              thanks for the response.
the reason i asked it you would sell the pulley is because you are listing 2 diff pulleys.

we have a head unit, but in need of the pulley, brackets, spacers, pod. etc, etc.

              looks like a nice setup,
              good luck.

                          Re: Powerdyne, Guages

New offer up for LOCAL SOCAL PEOPLE ONLY (cuz i don't really want to ship it).

Trade SC Kit for full exhuast system (headers all the way down to the exhuast tips) + $1000.

I have the SLP loud mouth exhuast on my car right now. It was cool years ago when i got it, now its just plain annoying. lol.

Must come pick it up. I am in the Riverside area.

                          Email me at evangelion137@yahoo.com.

If anyone out of the area wants it, the price is still the same on the 1st page.

                          Thanks.

How many miles are on the kit? It looks a little beat. I'd offer about $1400 for it, if you're interested. It looks like it needs to be cleaned up and some of the parts updated (ie. new belt, polishing, ect). I'd put it on the 02'. My 96' already has one. Let me know if you don't sell it for what you're asking. Maybe we can talk.
