good idea. some tough prices though. in case you were curious, the "canister" is the receiver drier. this is a smart idea, good luck with it.

thanks DMW haha..i sliced the prices a little..just tryin to start off..here are some pics..they are only half way done..when finished they'll look like loochy's stuff..i could only buy up to 600 grit locally..so i've got some really fine sand paper (1000, 1500, 2000) on the way..along with new buffing/polishing supplies..

Scott, do you live near the troy public library? I used to live on thrid street. My older brother is the reason why the library is still open.

Ok, I can see that there is already some confusion. Scott, you need to explain EXACTLY what you are doing. I know, but I am giving you a chance to tell everyone here that.

I dont think people understand that we have to ship the part to him and he will polish it and send it back. so when slow6 asked what year it was, he wasnt understanding that he doesnt have the parts in stock, its that slow6 would have to send him his 98' manifold.

Re: Polished parts -- Ready to go

^ correct...i am performing the service of polishing..i recently discovered i have a bit of tallent for it (understand the parts shown are NOT completed)..and as BLLDOGG was saying..yes..you send me pretty much any part and i will polish that bastard like a mirror..i listed the most common parts so you'd have some prices up front..but i can pretty much do anything else and would provide a quote..the intake manifold was for the upper intake..the lower one would be kinda pointless cuz you wouldnt even see it..im currently trying to get my hands on a set of valve covers

Mogo..thanks for letting me keep this up..i dont know of any company that does this so i thought it would be a good/inexpensive opportunity for my fellow fbody enthusiasts to get some extra shine under that hood

Hey, I really like your work, I was wondering if maybe in about 2-3 weeks, you could polish the front forks on my honda hawk nt650 bike. They have some minor pitting and would really like to get them cleaned up. And since I'm a 6er like you, I figured your pretty legit, and I live like 10 minutes away so shipping wouldn't be an issue. Let me know...
