You would have to get it welded at an exhaust shop. It shouldn't be more than $30.

dimensions are...44" long, 6" tall, 38" wide. give or take 1". weight is 20 pounds.

Fedex ground shipping (3 days) is $17.44
U.S. Postal service with 6 day shipping is $57
UPS ground (3 days) is $28.02.

so $27.44 will get it to my house?
