Something I thought of today...have people under 100 posts do all actual selling on eBay or something. You can say you've got something here, but if someone wants to buy it, set up a "buy it now" auction on eBay and sell through there. That way, you can atleast use eBay if you get screwed over.

I know it'd be kinda hard to regulate, but I know that I'm not gonna be buying alot from people with just a few posts w/o some sort of method of being able to get my money back.

I guess all and all it is just too hard to regulate. The only way to be sure you are not going to get screwed is to ask around about the person. I am looking into a few ways to get my cash back, and give this guy a few head aches. I'll let you know what I come up with.
