  • Used ProCharger kit

    Will include:
    P600B w/ 7-10psi pulley (3.15")
Twin highflow intercoolers w/ ducting for 1998 and older 3.8 V6 F-bodies (slight modification will need to be made for 99+ cars)
    Twin belt Crank pulley
    SuperCharger belt
    FMU
    TurboSX H BOV
Necessary oil system lines & hardware (engine to blower, blower to oil pan)
ProCharger P600B bracket and mounting points (may or may not be alum cut)
    All necessary bolts
    Installation Manual

You would need to pick up an aftermarket fuel pump - in line or in tank.

    I'm thinking around $2700 shipped/OBO (exclusive FV6 price)

is the bracket you're selling the one you made to mount the blower? or would I need to fab one up? If its not sold by Aug (when I go back to school) we may be able to work something out.

guages and a fuel pump is all thats needed to make it a complete kit?

what type of hp gains and 1/4 mile time drops did you see with it??

and also what other mods are on your car....i checked your site but i think the link was acting up

edit - is there any custom fab necessary or do you have to relocate anything under the hood for the installation?

        Re: Used ProCharger kit

This is the 3.8 bracket, no need to fab anything - the kit is coming directly off my 1998 V6 and will bolt directly onto any other V6 with the angled throttlebody. Some of the intake ducting may need to be modified to work on the 99+ straight throttle bodied cars.

You will need to get your own gauges, fuel pump ... and it wouldn't hurt to look for an aftermarket FMU (the ProCharger one is included but isn't the greatest).

        Stock: 15.4@98mph
        Blown: 14.0@100mph

        Auto swap, fuel, rear: 12.4@114mph
        60shot: 12.1@114mph

The dyno sheet below is my 1998 Firebird, BONE STOCK w/ a 5spd and NO TUNE! This is my car "doing nothing on the dyno".

          Re: Used ProCharger kit

I am interested in this supercharger but i dont have the money yet but will in a week or so. Also I am not convinced that I could make the modifications for a 99 camaro. What would the modifcations need to be for the intercoolers?

                  Re: Used ProCharger kit

                  Hey guys, ;)

Yeah, not giving up, just sitting it out for a bit. Spent a few hrs at a fabrication shop yesterday talking about how to get the new supercharger to bolt up ... it's gonna be a good bit different than my current setup. *nervous

Wouldn't sell, but I actually need to money to pay down some of the cost associated with this stupid car.

I may have two kits forsale, right now it's just the one.

As far as what it would take to make this kit work with the 99+ TB, I'm not sure. Right now, the ducting comes up behind the radiator and just tucks into the TB on my 98... Not sure what clearance issues would be raised with the 99+ car. Just that one pipe would cause issues.

The kit is sitting in a box right now waiting to be shipped, someone snatch this puppy up! :)

With just a few peices you could be ProCharged in a weekend! ;)

Before you sell it, can you take some pictures of the bracket, where it mounts, and maybe some measurements? I am just curious to see how you had it setup.
