I've got this dual outlet muffler in great condition (no rust or damage), it's just sitting in storage, so I thought I would offer it up for sale.

it's off a 2000 trans am ws6, included with it also are the factory square Z28 style exhaust tips.

this is a good upgrade for any camaro that has a single exhaust outlet, it provides better flowing exhaust, and a nice growl over the stock v6 junk.

in my opinion it's the only good sounding upgrade (see: not raspy) for the 3.8.

this should fit all f-bodies from 82-02, and will make a nice upgrade for most.

Man, if i hadnt already committed to a locals stock SS exhaust, sounds like this would be nice.. how much would shipping have been to 94014?

It benefits you in a couple ways...especially if you go up to the 2.75" i-pipe used on the LS1 cars..but you don't have to. The biggest benefit however is the exhaust note, instead of sounding like a leaf blower, it gives it a nice growl that isn't obnoxiously loud. On top of that, you get the benefit of dual rear outlets with tips which most agree looks better.

I've had this setup on both my old cars, a '92 3.1L and a '97 3.8L. I much preferred it over the dynomax super turbo/flowmaster 80 series/hooker aerochamber mufflers...which all had their own flaws, even with a dynomax bullet muffler in the i-pipe.

super turbo - decent on the 3.1, but made the 3.8 sound like a chainsaw
flowmaster 80 - nice rumble, but raspy above 3500rpm..even with the bullet
aerochamber - good sound, but tons of interior resonation/drone on the highway
ws6 take off - nice and quiet at idle and on the highway, but had a nice growl when you get on it or give it a rev.
