Well, my buddies 1995 Eclipse GST is done. He had the engine rebuild 2 months ago with a remanufactured block. at 8 thousand miles a rod was thrown through the block due to bad manufacturing.
He has decided to part out the whole car including a completely seperate All new never used turbo kit with a 16g turbo and oversized intercooler.
Lots of maintenance paper work and receipts are available!
Everything in car is good except for engine block. Also the passenger fender and front bumper were damaged by a small accident. But nothing internally was damaged at all. It has all been reviewed and inspected by professionals.
The manual transmission was rebuilt has about 20k miles on it. It was built stronger to handle higher ammounts of torque and abuse.
The heads, cams, and other internals are brand spanking new, but the block itself is garbage. ( It has a hole the size of a baseball on it :P )
Interior is very good, seats are leather and clean.
Steering rack and tie rods all very new and were installed with the new transmission.
Everyone on this car is for sale. Many parts are new with very little usage.
