Frito, I had the same covers on my car. I liked them, and mine didn't come with the velcro either. Just went down to Wal-Mart and picked up some industrial strength velcro (I got the circular ones). Then I pulled the old velcro off the covers, and stuck the new ones on. It held on really good and was somewhat hard to take off (to prevent people from stealing)~97 3.8L V6 Camaro~
