the FMU is set up 6:1 ..so is that for a 6 psi boost. What if I run more, are there other discs to insert. Also, is that a vortech? Can you send a link to the IC or a pic of what shows. I take it Silver RS is getting the piping to the intercooler right?
no you can run boost to your hearts desire but i would change injectors if you plan to run consistently over 8. heck even 7 but if you get up that high ocasionally then you should be fine. Yes it is a vortech and the 6:1 just means that for every pound of boost the psi will raise 6 psi. As far as the discs i have seen them used with vortech but i don't have any. 6:1 worked fine for me. If you leave me your email i will send you all the pics i have of the turbo and intercooler. if you check out
http://www.force-fed-fabrications.com/index2.htm and click on the pictures for jesse radcat, it's a similar setup. It is the same intercooler that is seen in those pics and intercooler pipes. my intake pipe and y pipe were custom made along with the down pipe.
If you still have the 6:1 FMU let me know I need 1. If you do I also will need a price. Feel free to pm me.

Well someone was looking at the car with the turbo on it, but i told them to let me know as soon as possible. If they decide not to buy it then i will take it off and put the whole kit up on ebay as a kit most likely next week. There hasn't been enough interest in the pipes or turbo and i would get more as a complete kit on ebay. i will let you know if that changes. i need to get rid of the big pieces before i nickel and dime the kit.
Keep me updated on the FMU, I'm in dire need and can't find a 6:1 used anywhere and refuse to pay for a new one.

Ok, just email me if it doesn't sell and you would be willing to part with just the FMU. Thanks.
