Pooched the motor in my V6 a year ago. Might actually get around to fixing it. Let me know what you have!

Re: WTB 3.8 Long/Short block and Oil pan

Wes/Mogo has computer troubles right now I believe so this probably won't be moved, but if you are willing to take a trip to Dayton OH I've got a lower mileage 3.8 shortblock waiting for someone to pick it up!

I've got the rest of the parts to make it a longblock if you need a complete engine.

hit me up nacho@horizonview.net if you are interested. IF you can't pick it up and want to cover shipping I'll see if Nate will package it to ship!

I have bought a bare block and crank from nachius in the past, smooth transaction all around.

Thanks! I've never delt with him, but he's been around a while and seems like a pretty good guy.

When was the last time it was run and could it be run as is or does it need a clean up hone?

Re: WTB 3.8 Long/Short block and Oil pan

I was last run, about........ a yr ago. I had issues w/the injectors not firing due to my swap. It's the short block, as Nachius has the intakes/heads/tubular manifolds. I also have the harness & pcm here. No sludge was onteh heads or cam supports. At teh most, when reassembled, I'd just run some oil in it for like, 500 miles or so to flush it out and then run regular.

link to what it looked like when in my bird: http://forum.camarov6.com/showthread...ighlight=80%25

iirc, there's an extra alt that goes w/it,.......

long block or short block... ive got it sitting in my room. i have one that might need a bit of machine work and then i have one that was just recently pulled from a car. it ran while in the car but the guy was making a drag car out of it and didnt want the little V6. for the one that doesnt need machine work i would take 200 for it. it still has the waterpump, the starter, ive got the heads and ive got an intake and all sorts of other stuff.

                          lemme know if your interested!

just to let you know im just south of Peoria, Il.

and the motor i have sitting in my room just needs put back together and will be ready to run in no time! was planning on using it for a turbo build but i dont have the money right now.
