So long as it comes with one complete Zexel Torsen LSD then yes, yes it will.

Just to be completely thorough, you'll probably want to get new carrier bearings that go on the ends of the unit before install, so technically it's not everything you need...but the main component. New bearings are like $15 a piece maybe???? If I remember correctly. Somebody can correct me on this.

Hey man, I'm local, how much would you want for it if I would just drive out and get it? Close the auction early and lemme come get it. Saves you the hassle of shipping it, and me the hassle of having a broke diff. Mine is getting dangerous, spinning a random tire for no reason at 1500 rpms.

Lol, sorry. I didn't read the thread, just his post. You got first dibs on it I guess. You might end up with an ebay battle though.

I'm going to let the auction play out, you guys can work it out there. I might try to move the end time up if it will let me.

I dunno man, I wouldn't feel right stealing it out from under you. You were after it first. I still plan on bidding on it though. Once I reach my funding limits, that's it for me.

not to bash his thread...Im gonna tell you guys that have the 98-02 rear end...the 98-02 has the abs inside of the carrier housing thats made onto the differential itself... it has a gear on it for the abs...that said the over all width of the zexel torsen along with your 98-02 ring gear is gonna be greater than that of the 93-97 rear end ring gear... it may cause roaring in your rear end upon deceleration. Just a heads up, sorry dude, but i may be wrong, but as of now, this is an actual problem i am having.
