I could do that price shipped ground in the continental US.

EDIT: have never used paypal, but i am aware they charge like 3% would prefer a Money Order or a check.

They only charge a percentage if you accept a credit card. Just the basic paypal account with bank transfer only is free.

Also what do you mean by the programmer is unlocked? Do you mean it will work more on one VIN? Just wanted to know because I was just reading up on them and the programmer marries itself to the initial vehicle

just meant I unlocked my vin from it... when you take your car back to the original program it allows you to use on another vin. so it will be ready to go on your car instead of sending it to hypertech and paying them to unlock the tuner.

thats what I have for my LS1.... but be for warned its awfully complex. ESPECIALLY for novice. but it is sweet... I have to be able to pull timing for NX.
