I have a couple cans here of VHT Nite-Shade tint that I do not need and are BRAND NEW. Great for you guys looking to tint your taillights, 3rd brake light, or corners.
so do you just spray these on or do you have to sand down the light. My girlfriends dodge stratus needs blackouts in the rear but they don't make any so I thought of trying this.

you want to sand the light a bit to get it a rough surface to stick too, just like you would with anything else that is plastic. Just enough to scuff it up a bit. Then put on as many coats as you feel you need to get the effect you are looking for. Some guys go a few coats to make the lights a bit darker and others go for the blacked out look
