basically used the harness that was included with the lights...and was routed to the battery. had to cut a hole in the dash for the switch as well...or u could just go the easy way and wire them up to the driving lights.

maybe 29.99? im not really sure but i dont think it was over 29$ just remember my lights aint blue or anything special...there just regular lights. they tend to work better and brighter then blue or multi-colored fogs.
