  • 3.4 Throttle Body

    ***SOLD***

Got a request to do another 3.4 throttle body and then lost contact with the buyer. So it's up for sale if anyone is interested.

    What's been done (15 hours)
Interior funnel fully blended and polished
    Butterfly polished and angle cut
Front half of shaft removed, rear cut down and polished
Bump stop ground to allow blade to open fully
Exterior cleaned, lubricated and reassembled, blade screws set with Loctite

Comes with sensors installed, simply bolt on and go. $95 shipped USPS Priority Mail via PayPal or money order. Send me your stock core and I'll credit you back $20.

This is the actual part for sale. I've done several of these, see my site for additional pictures of modifications done.

No, but here's the same modifications on an LS1 throttle body for comparison.

I still have the first one I did installed on my car and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

        Re: 3.4 Throttle Body

Here's a bump for the seller.

But I also had a question, what kind of gains did you see when you had this on your car? I've really contemplated doing this. I've ported stock LS1 throttle bodies time and time again, I love the dremel lol. But I have never tried it on mine.

        Goodluck...

I still have the one on my car, it looks basically the same as this one. ;) By my observations it gave me a tenth. YMMV Probably 3-4 hp.
