Truck Runs great, I believe it is leaks some coolant haven't investigated yet, but Drove it about 30 miles yesterday without a problem.
Has small misc issues such as windshield wipers, blinkers, etc. don't work
Truck is rough body wise, bed is solid, need it gone as I have another truck that I can't insure until this one is gone.

Here is the list of things that may be of interest:

Blinkers don't work
Wipers don't work
Rear tires have a VERY slow leak from the truck sitting so long before I bought it. I add air about every 2 weeks.
RUST, but solid bed
Horn Doesn't work
Plow switch could use a rewire I currently have it working, but at times left and right get crossed.
Glow Plugs are activated with a heavy duty push button to start the truck
I'm sure it could use a good tune up, but still runs strong with no misses or anything.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Trucks a bit ruff i'll send the pics to my uncle he's been lookin for a truck to pull his boat with but i think that trucks a lil to ruff for him. I'll let u know probably tonight
