some of it isnt dirt its like just worn spots..the guy before me didnt take care of them very good and i think he had some sort of construction job..i took a rag and some armorall and rubbed at it for a while but i imagine if you really start scrubbing some more would come off.

leather can be refinished... There are people that can come to you to do it too, but with those small rips in the perforated areas it might not be worth it to pay a pro to do it. I bet they'd look respectable for a few years tho if someone put some time into it with the proper dyes and stuff.

Hey where in WI are you?

Do you think its possible to cleanly remove the powdercoating from just the lips of the rims to polish them? I need wheels...
