blackRS: Polish is just a little more to take care of cuz you need to poish them every so often to keep up the luster, but polished aluminum vs. Chrome looks very similar.
Seeing as this thread is almost 2 years old and the guy selling them hasn't been on in over a year, I would say no. Might want to double check the dates before posting next time.
