Ok guys I sent him an email today asking him to respond back to all of us about our parts. I also told him if an emergency came up or his job took him from home then thats understnadable, but he should still respond to us. Hope the email helps us all out. I dotn want to get hosed either as DD said above, lol. After all I gave him 1200 bucks for my parts that I got from him which include the AR stage 3 heads and AR upper/lower intakes.

I have tried emailing him and have not got anything. It has been almost a month since I paid him.

find someone that paid him with paypal and get his full name and address. look up his phone number from paypal and call him up..

I paid him using paypal so maybe I can check for his number.

Ok I checked my paypal and I found his name with is Daniel Franecki and we know he is form Oak Creek, Wi., but I it dont show his address. I even tried using yellowpages.com to find his number adn nothing came up except for a number to an old ladies house whic I called, lol. So if anyone else knows how to get a hold of Daniel please do so and let us know if you do.

well i just did some searching on intellus...try this number...it says they have a 22 year old son, and it matches his profile..

Don't worry, he's not out to screw anyone over. He's got the parts, hell, I've even touched them all too. I know he has had some stuff going on, as well as internet not working at home (I've tried fixing it too). cv6 is blocked at work, so that explains him being on bcm.

I just let him know that this got this far, so you'll hear from him soon.

I finaly got a return email from Dan about my heads. He shipped them out the other day and Ill have them tomorrow or so. He stated that he has had problems as of late and is very sorry for the late shipment. Im not sure if the rest of you who bught parts from him got a similar email, but Id thougth Id let you guys know. So if he didnt send you an email about your bougth part then send him one. Ask him if hes sent it out to you or not. He has had Internet problems as the guy stated above. Hope this helps you guys out.

Still haven't gotten my double chain setup he claimed to have mailed and the same time as my head gaskets (which i got). I just want a refund of the $75 i paid for the chain setup.

You are a little farther out from WI than he is in WV. I know he shipped your pan. You'll probably have it tomorrow or Tuesday (Monday holiday).
