Well seeing as he won't give me a call back or email me back for nine days (starting the day I was supposed to receive the paperwork) and seeing as I don't have a car to drive I have lost my patience. My priority mail got to him in 2 days so there is no reason why it shouldn't be here already after 9! I only live one state over!! And the fact that he won't return my calls or emails is frustrating.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand...
