Yes they made such a car. I picked this car up this summer as a package deal because I needed some of the NOS parts that came with it for my 78 Lesabre Turbo Coupe. White/red interior. It wasn't running very well when I got it but it's ready to roll now. I pulled the engine out to freshen it up. New gaskets, turbocharger, timing chain&gears, fuel pump, later model GN tubular exhaust manifolds, rod and main bearings, and rear springs. Also comes with lots of extra parts including NOS tail lenses, control arms, and a few others, 9C1 sway bars. Loaded with options. Special Sport Coupe options include quick ratio steering, HD brakes, rear axle(8.5 inch non c-clip) right now has 2.73's but will still be putting in 3.73's and ltd. slip. I almost want that....too bad its white, still a good car. My 77 didn't look much different.

I actually feel the same about white, but put the latemodel GM pearl white on it I think it'd look nice
