i always thought z28's were LT1's and SS's were LS1's. or does it have to do with years

1997 and below - Lt1 (z28 or ss)

1998-2002 - Ls1 (z28 or ss)

heck, for 1700 bucks i'd take it. for like 600 bucks plus paint you could get it in decent shape physically. Rebuild the engine and you have yourself a decent LS1 car.

I've seen 1/4th panels go for like 150. Just need to weld the new one in after you cut the old one off

fender - ~50
bumper - ~100-150
tail-light ~50
berger ~50-100
windsheild ~200

so i'm looking at 500 + the 1/4 if I can find a car the same color

I could part that out for more than 1700

maybe.. nobody seemed to want my 3.23 rear end, its got plain wheels, and the mileage on that motor is enough to scare most away..

you'd be surprised at what people will buy.

I've been looking at high mileage LS1's recently, lowest one i've seen was 2,500 with alot more body damage than that one.

either way, i'll be picking it up tomorrow around noon so wish me luck
