  • Polished 3.4L Intake Manifold, Flowmaster 80 Muffler

I have for sale a polished upper intake manifold for a 94 3.4L Camaro. This was to be a replacement for my engine (cracked and not polished), but that car is totaled now. It is not perfect, but it is quite nice. I skipped polishing areas that are covered and unseen unless you look really close, so it is not completely polished.

Pretty much just the top and the front are polished, the visible areas. All I could do with the tools I had. $95 shipped to you OBO.

Also, I have a Flowmaster 80 Series muffler for sale in original box, never been opened. I've had it for a long time just never got around to trying to sell it (My 3.4 already had a 40 series when I bought it). $70 Shipped.

The Muffler specs are dual 2.5 inlet single 2.5 outlet, came with an American Thunder catback system, but did not want this muffler.

Actually I do, I forgot I had it in a box here, just came on here to mention that.

I'd let it go for $60.

          I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Re: Polished 3.4L Intake Manifold, Flowmaster 80 Muffler

first off, is that one stud on the valve cover bent at all? it looks like it from the picture....

second, do you have the metal tube that connects to the nipple right below the thermostat housing? I would ask for that also. The reason i ask is that yours (the nipple) looks different than mine and i'm not sure if my tube would fit in there. If you don't have it to add in could you at least get some close up pics of that metal nipple for me? sorry to be so specific but this is the reason i would buy it anyways. If it looks OK i could have money for you on friday morning.

this is the tube i am talking about that connects to that nipple. Mine is held in place by a plastic snap in type thing but i don't see the grooves for it in your nipple, i know they changed that piece in later modles i believe.

anyhow if you could either find that tube to add in or post some pics of that nipple (feels weird every time i say that word) i would really appreciate it.
                      thanx

Ok, I'll get those close ups.

FYI: I bought the upper and lower intakes from a member here, TealV6, but I don't know what year it is from.

You're right, it does look bent.

And FYI I bought this from a member here, TealV6, so it's not mine and I don't have specifics on the year or anything like that, it came with the upper intake, I had no intention of using it, but don't want to sell anyone something un-usable either.

                          pics in a few moments.....

                          EDIT:

I hope these were the shots you wanted:

yeah unless you could really get that thing straightened out, it would undoubtebly cause a leak at the valve covers i should think. Thanx for tryin tho....

Yea, thanks for letting me know/asking to look at it closer. I would have never checked it out. I think the only thing I'll be selling is the upper.

Sorry it didn't work out, good luck with your project.
