I have this exact kit for sale, http://www.lmperformance.com/4163/13.html been on my car for only 2 months before I decided to supercharge my car, so ill be needing a cone filter, so i need to sell this one. This is an excellent design for an intake, and if you have a Firehawk or WS6 hood, it is the best in my opinion. I'm only asking $225 plus shipping. Thats an $80 savings on an almost brand new kit. I still have the original packaging as well. Thanks.

got ya, 225 + shipping. seriously, this is a brand new kit. i havnt been driving my car cause im away in college. ive probably put 400 miles on this intake, max. I still have all the original packaging and warranty information. so saving $70 is pretty good if you ask me.

heh. you know i was looking for one of these but ended up spending the money on a set of headers cause i couldn't find a cheap one:rolleyes: . oh well. hope this sells for you.

Would this work as a air box replacement for my Ram Air hood?

if you have a ram air hood then this setup is perfect for you. you can see in the third picture how close the filter is to the hood vents. at idle you can feel it sucking in air from the hood. and yes it completely replaces the factory system. it really cleans up the engine bay and looks great! i got nothing but compliments when i put it on. the black metal piece under the filter comes with it too. heres some pics of how it looked on my car (i already took it off and its boxed up ready to ship in its original packaging). and if the black metal piece looks scratched, its not...thats just dog hair, my dog is white haha. the whole kit is in pristine condition.

Josh, I don't think this kit will work on a 3.4 I think it's to a 98-02 3.8 Correct me if i'm wrong.

Will there be any problems with fitting it on my '97 Firebird with WS6 hood? I would not think so, but just making sure before I decide to buy.

thats not gonna work on the angled tb 3.8's i believe its only gonna work on a 99+

yeah, its for a '99 and up. angled TB's will only work with some modification.
