Brand new, had for a while, never been on car. I didn't want them cuz I did the whistler mod...30 bucks for all or possible trade for appearance mod...somthing, anything. Let me know.

I opened a paypal case. He said he was shipping it next day when i payed, then 5 days went by i asked whats up, he said he had an army camp, so i say thats alright, then he says , he'll ship it out next day, another week goes by and hes ignoring my pm's. garbage.Comment

not true, I did reply to your messages. I told you several times I sent it, if you would have just a tat bit more patience. Yeah, I had to go to the field for a week or so and it just happened to be the day after you bought it. Don't put out that i'm blowing you off because that is not true and now I just wanna hit you. I sent you a response stating that I had left spontaneously the next day because my commander made me.I understand that it isn't your fault, of course, but jeez. Just a misunderstanding or somthing. I understand you might think you're getting ripped off, but they're sent. I assure you, and you should get them in a day or 2.
